Originally from the North East of England, Charlie has a degree and Masters in Sport & Exercise Science and worked with a professional football team coaching players at the highest level before making the move to Sydney.
His passion for exercise comes from being involved in all sports from a young age. The most rewarding part of Charlie’s job is watching people smash their goals in and outside of the gym.
If you’re looking for Charlie, chances are he’s outside doing some sort of physical activity.

Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Nathan qualified as a trainer in 2018 and has since worked with rugby and Gaelic football teams helping athletes improve performance and prevent injuries.
His passion for health and fitness began during his rugby playing days, where frequent injuries led him to focus on mobility training, an area in which he now specialises.
If Nathan isn’t coaching, he’ll probably be cleaning something in the gym.

Lydia’s fitness journey began at school where she spent a few years sprint training and competing in athletics. This sparked Lydia’s passion for training and fitness.
After qualifying as a PT in 2018, Lydia loves to explore various training methods and push her body to the limits. Working with clients 1-1 and with groups, she focuses on key areas such as strength & conditioning, mobility and pre & postpartum training.
It is worth noting, Lydia is extremely competitive should you end up in competition together.
